Noel is the U.S. Communications Specialist for Tony’s Chocolonely, a Dutch chocolate company on a mission to end exploitation in the cocoa industry. Founded in 2005 by Dutch journalist Teun van de Keuken and some of his colleagues, Tony’s Chocolonely is an impact-driven brand dedicated to raising awareness about inequality in cocoa farming and proving that chocolate can be made differently—fairly and deliciously.
Through innovative branding, activism, and paying farmers a higher price, Tony’s leads by example, inspiring others to join the movement for a more equitable chocolate industry. Noel helps drive how Tony’s communicates its mission, tells a compelling story through marketing, and creates a purpose-driven employee culture.
