Mary Fehlig is the founder and president of The Fehlig Group, a sustainability consulting firm that has helped organizations integrate environmental, social, and workplace practices into their business strategies since 1993. The firm works with companies of all sizes—from global corporations to local businesses—bringing practical experience and a broad perspective to every stage of sustainability integration.

Mary is especially recognized for guiding procurement and category managers in engaging suppliers and building clear roadmaps that advance corporate sustainability goals.

A long-time leader in corporate social responsibility, Mary has served on the global board of Business for Social Responsibility and has been active with Green America, Corporate Volunteer Councils, and Sustainable Business Networks. Before founding The Fehlig Group, she held roles in business development and systems implementation at Xerox and IBM.
